The UK's regulator, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), has approved Microsoft's $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, the biggest gaming deal in history. The CMA cleared the deal after Microsoft restructured it to address concerns about competition in cloud gaming.
